Joycelyn Fruge

CEO

Being born into a tight knit small town, I always knew you had to work for what you wanted. I started working in high school and developed a strong appreciation for work ethic. In my first job I saw the value of learning every position, so I did just that and it landed me into the management role. I stayed in the management role for over 3 years, which taught me the importance of ownership, leading a team and strong communication skills. I quickly outgrew my role but knew I wanted to stay in the direction of ownership and community. This strive for finding my own purpose and wanting to give back to the community landed me to Rising Star Executives. Learning in this business has been so rewarding and it challenges me every single day to push beyond my own boundaries not only for myself but for my team. I am incredibly excited to expand and continue to help others reach their own goals!

Kaylin Woodside

Office Manager

Greetings, my name is Kaylin Woodside. Im originally from Baton Rouge,Louisiana but lived in Kenner,Louisiana for 2 years after graduating from Dillard University with a degree in Biology. I thought I wanted to pursue pharmaceuticals but was extremely unsure if that was what I truly wanted long term. During that gray area I was working 2 jobs but became extremely complacent so I decided to try something different that would expose me directly to the community while also offering an immense growth opportunity. Rising Star Executives has fulfilled my wishing for self growth. I look forward to continuing my skills and development with Rising Star Executives. I am incredibly excited see what more I can accomplish! The sky is truly the limit!

What part of your role energizes you the most?

What energizes me most is the opportunity to develop my people development skills. I recently launched my life coaching business, and this role gives me the chance to strengthen those skills so I can help people reach their goals.

How did you get into marketing, and what keeps you inspired?

I got into marketing through this job, and what keeps me inspired is seeing how campaigns can positively impact the community. I love being part of creative efforts that help people connect, grow, and build together

Kylie Hall

Hi everyone! My name is Kylie Hall and I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. I am 21 years old with two siblings, me being the middle child. I graduated highschool and immediately went into Cosmetology school to pursue a career as a hairstylist. I quickly realized that this was more of a hobby for me rather than a career I had a passion for. I discovered Rising Star Executives and immediately knew this is where my heart belonged. I adore working for the United Breast Cancer Foundation and have felt at home with this company since i started my career path here. I am overjoyed to be apart of Rising Star Executives and can’t wait to grow within the company!

Kolton English

Team Leader

Howdy, my name is Kolton English. I’m originally from Atmore, Alabama. After graduating high school I joined the Army, seen the world and had some of the best times in my life. Once I finished my contract in 2023, I came home and hopped around from job to job. Never feeling that sense of purpose or room for growth. Then I came across rising star executives, and after seeing the change they help create for these families really sealed the deal for me. So I applied, got the job and fell in love. There’s so much room for growth and improvement. I’m currently a junior leader and not going to stop climbing that ladder until I’m at the top!

Lakin Morris

My name is Lakin Morris, I was born and raised in North Mississippi. I have a passion for helping others and making a difference. I’ve been in a management role for years and always knew I wanted to continue that path as well as developing others and making a positive impact in the community. I've always enjoyed learning as much as possible in any role to make my way to the top and one day be an entrepreneur/ business owner. I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and that's what brought me to Rising Star Executives. The constant room for growth and self development I’ve encountered is exactly what I need to push me to my long term goals. I can’t wait to continue to advance into the Leader I’ve always dreamed to be.
